About Wemy

A WeBox is a gift hamper specially curated for occasions. All the products in a WeBox are made by our women entrepreneur community. Since our curated box is unique, it’s a great gift to give your loved ones. By buying a WeBox you directly impact multiple women-led businesses.

We particularly partner with women led businesses operating in from home or in a small setup. We collaborate with women-led brands & brands that work to employ women. We vet our sellers to ensure their products are genuine.

Wemy sells made to order products like handmade candles, artisanal soaps, art & craft items, handicraft home décor, stationery, gift boxes & more. We also sell products from upcoming brands in the Eco Friendly, Home Décor, Food & Beverage & Accessories space. All our products are handmade or sourced with love!

Wemy is a platform to discover handmade or unique items. We have built a community of women-led businesses from all across India & their products are sold on our marketplace. We also support businesses who directly empower Women. Buying from Wemy shows your support to women entrepreneur & artists community.

Our products generally ship within 48 hours. For made to order products, they are not shipped right away. Every product listing has an estimated ‘making time’. Incase there are any delays our team will inform you. In the event your order is not delivered on the estimated date you can contact Wemy support on Whatsapp Chat 9150604444.

Yes, you can place a pre order for bulk WeBoxes for occasions like Birthdays, Weddings, Engagements, Parties, Festivals, etc. Since our products are handmade & made to order, you will need to place your order 20 days in advance. Each product is specially made for you when you place an order. A talented woman entrepreneur puts her expertise and love in every product she ships to you. By buying a Wemy product you directly impact a small business owner.

It should be noted that most of our products are handmade. Since each product is separately made to order, there may be few discrepancy in size, share & colour. Since they are not machine produced, this is normal for handmade products.

Once your order is placed & payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. All the details about your order & help will be listed in it.

Returns & Refunds

You can raise a complaint about your product with Wemy Support on Whatsapp Chat 9150604444. We take all product related concerns very seriously.

Once we accept your return request, your refund will be credited within 7-8 working days.

Any damaged product received will be either refunded or replaced at no cost to the customer.

Our sellers custom make the product for customers. Right from sourcing the raw material, to the creative inputs , making & packing the product, it’s all done by our small business partner. A return of a good product would mean our small business partner would incur a loss. So we do not accept returns on all products. It is a request to not raise return requests for any other reason apart from what is mentioned above.

Returns are accepted only if the product was damaged in transit or incorrect product was received. Since our products are made to order or produced by small business setups, we cannot accept returns on all orders as this will negatively impact the small businesses we work with.

For Sellers

Goto the ‘Vendor Community’ and fill out details about your business. Since we are a curated platform for handmade or unique products, our team will get in touch with you to discuss if we are the right platform for you to grow.

Yes, brands selling products that are consumed or beauty related to have the FSSAI certification by 31st August 2022.

We onboard Sellers who are not registered companies. But we expect them to register their company & be GST compliant as they grow.

Any women-led small business selling handmade or unique products are welcome on the Wemy platform.
